Say Thank You to Your Healthcare Hero

The Memorial Angel program gives you the opportunity to make a donation to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation or Memorial Foundation while paying tribute to your doctor, nurse or caregiver who has touched your life in a special way.

Your Memorial Angel will receive an acknowledgment letter announcing that a donation has been made in their honor. In addition, your Memorial Angel will receive a custom-crafted lapel pin to wear proudly.
