About the study:
The primary purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of daily DBV712 250 micrograms (mcg) to induce desensitization to peanut in peanut-allergic children 4-7 years of age over a 12-month double-blind, placebo-controlled (DBPC) treatment period.

Study title: Open-label, Randomized, Assessor-blinded, Efficacy, Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics Study of Subcutaneous Risankizumab With an Adalimumab Reference Arm in Children With Active Juvenile Psoriatic Arthritis
About the study:
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a type of arthritis that occurs when the body's immune system attacks healthy cells and tissues, causing joint pain, stiffness and swelling. Symptoms can worsen and improve for periods of time. PsA that begins before a patient's 16th birthday is called juvenile PsA (jPsA). This study will evaluate the safety of risankizumab for the treatment of juvenile psoriatic arthritis and assess changes in disease symptoms. Risankizumab is being studied for the treatment of jPsA, while adalimumab is approved for the treatment of jPsA. Participants are assigned to one of two treatment groups, with approximately a 1 in 4 chance of receiving adalimumab. Approximately 40 juvenile participants with jPsA will be enrolled at approximately 30 sites worldwide.
