The comprehensive sports therapy team at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital meets the unique needs of the pediatric and adolescent population for sports injuries, rehabilitation and prevention. We provide one-on-one individualized care for 45 minutes with highly experienced physical therapists who have doctorate degrees in rehabilitation and many who have achieved certifications in orthopedics and/or sports. Our patients have our undivided attention, which allows for better outcomes, a better relationship with the patient, an open environment where care can be discussed, and supports our efforts to provide a safe setting for the athlete.
