Helping Young Athletes Recover and Return to Sport Safely

Your child will receive care from board- and specialty-certified pediatric and adolescent physical and occupational therapists with expertise in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. Our sports therapy team works closely with sports medicine physicians and orthopedic surgeons to create an individualized treatment plan based on your child’s specific needs.

Each plan focuses not only on recovery, but also on reducing the risk of re-injury and supporting long-term athletic health.

Comprehensive Evaluation and Personalized Rehabilitation

Care begins with a comprehensive evaluation that looks at your child’s strength, mobility, movement patterns and injury risk factors. Based on these findings, we design a personalized rehabilitation plan that emphasizes proper body mechanics, gradual strengthening and safe movement strategies to support both healing and a lasting return to sport.

Carefully Monitored Progression

Our program focuses on improving strength, range of motion, endurance, balance and flexibility. Your child’s progress is carefully monitored through each phase of rehabilitation to make sure they are physically ready before returning to full athletic participation.

Advanced Tools, Sport-Specific Training and Safer Return to Play

We use advanced rehabilitation tools and techniques, including force plate analysis, blood flow restriction training and Graston® instruments, to help guide treatment decisions and monitor readiness.

Sport-specific training is included to address the demands of your child’s activity while reinforcing safe movement patterns and injury-prevention strategies.

By combining specialized equipment, evidence-based care and close collaboration with your child’s medical team, we help young athletes return to sport stronger, more resilient and better prepared to prevent future injury, allowing them to safely reach their goals.
