Kimberly Glaser, MS, CGC – Certified Genetic Counselor
Kimberly Glaser, MS, CGC, shares information about the diagnosis, inheritance pattern and recurrence risks for future children. She also helps to coordinate genetic testing and provide informed consent to families before they pursue genetic testing. Glaser offers comprehensive genetic counseling including pediatric, adult, preconception, prenatal and cancer genetics services. She also has an extensive background working with neurogenetic conditions.
Glaser received her master’s degree in genetic counseling from Arcadia University in Philadelphia, where she completed her clinical training at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, A.I. Dupont Hospital for Children, Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine (Rutgers University) and Fox Chase Cancer Center. She also completed a public health fellowship through the New York Mid-Atlantic Consortium for Genetics and Newborn Screening Services. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors and a diplomat of the American Board of Genetic Counseling. Prior to joining Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, she worked as a clinical genetic counselor at the University of Miami.
