Dr. Jeffrey W. Skimming is a board-certified pediatrician and pediatric cardiologist at the Weston Cardiology Clinic and Memorial Healthcare System. He earned his medical degree from University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine in 1988. Dr. Skimming completed his residency at University of Missouri-Columbia Program in 1991 and his fellowship at University of Florida in 1994.

Dr. Skimming has published more than 60 competitive abstracts and 40 manuscripts in peer-reviewed medical journals. He has also been a reviewer for several major medical journals. 

He has been funded to perform research for both the American Heart Association and National Institute of Health. Dr. Skimming was also a tenured professor at both the University of Florida and University of Missouri.
