KidCierge Services
We know your time is valuable. That's why we make it easy for families and referring physicians to access services and resources for our patients and their caregivers. The Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital KidCierge™ team creates a comfortable, seamless experience so you can focus on what matters most. We're here to help with appointments, guest services, area resources and more.
Before Your Visit
Our team provides your family or referring physician's office with services that include:
- Single-point-of-contact scheduling multiple appointments with different specialists
- An itinerary with all of your appointments scheduled for the day
- A personal navigator to answer any questions you may have
- A contact person to securely receive your child's medical records in advance from referring and primary care physicians
During Your Visit
We offer convenient, personal concierge services onsite such as:
- An escort directing your family to your child's appointments if requested
- Information about resources and activities in the hospital and surrounding area
- Referral to Conine Clubhouse or a list of nearby hotels and extended stay options if your family needs overnight accommodations
- Assistance with My Chart so you can access your child's secure electronic medical record at your convenience
