This program informs students about the stressors of living in today’s ever-changing world. It presents facts about relationships in the community, technology’s influences, and emotional stress as it relates to students interacting in a social setting, at home and at school.

What is Bullying?

Using forceful or aggressive behavior intended to harm or intimidate others. This can be a repeated pattern of humiliating someone more vulnerable than the bully.

According to new research, cyberbullying on social media is linked to depression. Harassment of young people in society, as well as online, has greatly increased through the use of social media.

Teens today are facing life-changing physical, cognitive and emotional events at an exponential rate. This program will help students of all ages manage pressure in a healthier way.
