Stuart Brown, MD
Pediatric Neurologist
Stuart Brown, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurologist who attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. After graduation, he remained in the Philadelphia area for four years to do an internship and residency at the college’s affiliated hospital before moving to Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Boston for a fellowship in child neurology.
In a career that spans over four decades, Dr. Brown has practiced medicine at numerous hospitals in New York, Massachusetts and Florida, holding many leadership positions along the way. He is a former chief of staff for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, and he has been a professor at the University of Miami School of Medicine since 1967.

Dr. Brown is a member of the American Academy of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Epilepsy Society, the Child Neurology Society, International Child Neurology Society, the Broward County Medical Association and the Florida Medical Association.
