The Division of Psychiatry and Psychology at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital is committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care to our patients and their families. With the Children Adolescent Treatment Services program, we provide evaluation and therapy for children and adolescents dealing with emotional illness or substance abuse. We offer such services as crisis stabilization, psychiatric evaluation, bio-psycho-social assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, discharge planning and after-care placement. These services are designed to address issues regarding communication, problem solving, coping and self-esteem.
