Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Hospitalist Program

Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital is proud to have highly trained and experienced hospital-based pediatric physicians to provide hospitalist services. Our pediatric hospitalists partner with office-based primary care physicians to provide care for hospitalized children. Pediatric hospitalists are board-certified pediatric physicians who are available in-house 24 hours a day for children transferred or admitted to our facility.

Our Pediatric Hospitalist Service is staffed by a dedicated team of highly trained pediatricians committed to providing the highest quality of inpatient care for pediatric patients. Our experienced and dedicated physicians manage the care of our patients while maintaining regular communication with each patient's primary care physician. After their hospital stay, patients are discharged back to pediatricians for primary care.
