Enhancing the Quality of Your Healthcare Experience

The participation of patients and family members on our Patient and Family Advisory Councils is very important in helping us continually improve the services we offer to the community. As a council member, you work alongside healthcare professionals to tackle issues that are easier to see from "the other side of the bed." This includes helping to identify issues that are more important to patients and families than healthcare professionals realize. With your input, we can design programs and services that meet real healthcare needs as patients and families define them.
